Carol Croft Cummins

Graveside Service for Carol Ann Cummins, 81, of Bullard, Texas, will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Fields Chapel Cemetery in Palestine, Texas. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM with the service following at 11:00 AM with Rev. Michael Hollie officiating.

Carol passed away peacefully on September 14th in Jacksonville, Texas. She was born on March 15, 1944, in Palestine, Texas. She graduated from Slocum High School and went on to be a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She loved God and her family dearly.

Carol was kind, passionate, and fiercely protective of the ones she loved. She was an amazing cook and would never let anyone leave her home hungry. She was an avid reader and, above all, cherished spending time with her family and being an amazing Nona to her grandchildren.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Allie Croft, and her sister, Florene Croft-VanOrden.

She is survived by her loving family including her sister, Gay Nell Croft; her children, Michael Cummins, Jr., Bonita Cummins and her husband, Ronnie Clinard, and Bryon Cummins and his wife, Kristen Byrnes Cummins; grandchildren, Madeline Teel, John Cummins, and Allie Cummins and her husband, Carter Crump; great-granddaughter, Carlie Crump; and other relatives.

Carol will be dearly missed.
